About the position
The reception consists of two people who staff the reception together during working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays without weekends. The office is located in central Stockholm.
Your responsibilities
As a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world and play a central role in creating a welcoming and efficient work environment. You handle calls and visitors, ensure that deliveries and mail reach the right people, and keep the switchboard system updated. Additionally, you assist with administrative tasks and ensure that conference areas and co-office spaces are in order. You always work together with a colleague in the reception, creating a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving and forwarding phone calls
- Welcoming visitors and distributing visitor badges
- Handling deliveries and mail management
- Booking and reviewing conference rooms and common areas
- Maintaining contact with suppliers and managing mailings
- Supporting with administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and record-keeping
Your qualities
To thrive and succeed in the role of receptionist, it is important to be attentive and self-driven, as well as having the ability to take initiative. The job requires a quick learning ability and a positive attitude, where a pleasant and professional demeanor is a given. Since the workday often involves handling multiple tasks simultaneously, a good ability to organize and prioritize is needed. Efficiency and a sense of service are crucial, as well as excellent social skills to build good relationships with both visitors and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent education
- At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or switchboard operator
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- Experience using telephone switchboards and referral systems
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Scope and start date
Full-time, consultancy assignment for 2 years with a chance for extension. Start no later than 2026-03-09, preferably a few weeks earlier.
